Thank you for lovely stay, having setting close to everything in Brighton. Has comfy beds. They provide a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the washroom. The place is really close to shops and testaurants and the beach and town centre.

The owner provided us with excellent tips, the location was superb, being close to everything, and we cherished every moment spent at this accommodation.

I had a fantastic stay, with a location close to everything you'd want from a trip to Brighton. Loved that it included an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron.- The setting was great and particularly good.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well located. The check-in process was easy and the hosts provided everything we needed. The shower was powerful and the kitchen had essential items. A cosy pub was conveniently located nearby. Would book again.

We had a great stay in Brighton, really close to all the shops and the beachfront, as well as Brighton Beach and the town center. Its very central location was convenient to an art gallery. Plus, it was located close to everything.

My partner and I recently stayed at Clarence Square in Brighton for a short getaway. The modern interior, new kitchen, and excellent location near shops and the beach were a perfect combination. The 24-hour car park, Regency Car Park, nearby was very convenient. The hosts made us feel welcome from day one, and their communication leading up to our stay was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed, and the ample space exceeded our expectations.

I absolutely loved my stay at this modern and spacious property in Clarence Square. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a large TV equipped with Netflix and other streaming services. The memory foam mattress on the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen and dining area were not only spacious but also well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The lounge area was comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower. The host, Alex, was proactive in contacting us before our arrival and checking in to ensure our satisfaction. I also appreciated the convenience and security of the digital lock system, eliminating the need for keys. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beachfront, shops, and overnight parking. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
